The information is categorised under the major headings of Principles of treatment (Usūl-i ‘Ilāj), Pharmacotherapy (Ilāj bi’l-Dawā) through single and compound drugs, Regimenal therapy(Ilāj bi’l-Tadbīr), dietary recommendations and restrictions and Prevention/Precaution(Tahaffuz).
The app presents vital information about various diseases gathered from classical sources.
This mobile app would be useful for teachers, practitioners and graduate and postgraduate students of Unani Medicine in India and abroad.

The drug treatment options have been described in two parts.
The first part of the treatment is based on single drugs and their simple combinations, which physicians can easily prepare at their clinic, while the second part includes pharmacopoeial preparations, which are readily available in the market.
